nice work! This was a great video
Thanks a bunch! Much appreciated
Is there a coping for the top or a drip edge? How do you finish it off?
Good stuff!!
Thank you very much! Happy you enjoyed
How much coverage can one expect from one unit/SKU? I'm using the same pavers shown in your video.
Check out the product description on PaveTool.com, you'll find a calculator that you can use to figure out exactly how much you'll need for your job!
How much coverage (square feet) do you get per SKU?

Residential buildings can be built using the geogrid foundation method??
im confused on how you got the distance
Felt like i was at a Techo block seminar 🫨
Okay! Thanks for the feedback!
I have a couple of these mallets and I really like them. But I will say that nothing compares to a good dead blow mallet when you're fine tuning block walls, especially the first course
Quite possibly the worst tool ever.
price of thi stuff is crazy....I used pl3 for the same effect at 14$ a tube
So the concern here is getting the pallet laid out before it is shipped to the jobsite. Are manufacturers doing this yet or do the pallets have to be restacked by the contractor after they receive them from the manufacturer?
In this case, Ideal Block arranges the pallets of this product prior to shipping it to the contractor. There are block manufactures that have produced pallets of product that are specifically designed to be mechanically laid. If you would like to have further discussion, please reach out to us and we'd be happy to chat 860-870-8665
Best explanation I have heard. Thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Looks like pee gravel under the pavers. You should be using #8 angular limestone. People please stop using pee gravel. For your patios sake.
After confirming with the contractor, the stone that you see in the video does in fact meet the industry spec required for a patio installation and would be deemed as a #8 stone. We agree that you do not want to use pea gravel. Thanks for your comment.
Good job
Thank you!
What is that hammer tool?
That is called our Quick-E-Hammer for an SDS Max hammer drill, check it out on PaveTool.com
Having a video with Ryan King would be awesome! thank you
Thanks for the feedback!
Simple and easy at first. A year later, the adhesive failed and the rocks fell off the wall. LOL
Shut up dork 😂
Excellent video of your clamps. Thanks for putting this together!
You're welcome! Thanks for the feedback! Happy you found it useful.
The BL 450 has changed my life! We use it constantly as we do mostly Versa-Lok installs. It has saved my body from lifting 1,000's of pounds. Our record is installing 22 pallets in one day with only 2 of us.
We are so happy to hear that! And that is quite the record, let us know if you beat it ;)
No wonder it is the greatest since sliced bread. $50 a tube, $100 for the plastic dispenser. Can't even buy it without going through a distributor either.
$65 an hour billable! That's less than lawn mowers charge!
Needful? Is that a word? Lol
Yes lol it is in the dictionary. It means "something needed or requisite"
Hey folks, love your products and your customer service. The question is -why use this over EasyJoint?
GftK, the manufacturer of Xtreme Easy, has the longest history in these types of jointing materials. They are trusted brand, but we are still carrying EasyJoint. One of the bigger differences is that Xtreme Easy can make it into a thinner joint than EasyJoint because it is a finer grain sand. As for cost, they are the same price per pound. We encourage you to try our Xtreme Easy and see which you prefer! We aim to satisfy all of our customers.
@@PaverToolInnovators Thank you for the answer. Yes I think I will try some when we hit the thinner joints. EasyJoint struggles with tight joints, and I hate polymeric sand with a passion.
@@PuppyStomper87 amazing! Looking forward to your feedback, you are a valued customer!
@@PaverToolInnovators Given the interactions with Caleb, I know this is the case. Have taken care of us on a couple of different occasions and have been very helpful with your products.
Very informative video,thank you:)
Do the pavers have to be dry in order to apply the protectant? Also is the protectant water soluble?
Yes, the pavers MUST be dry when you apply the protectant. Our protectant is a water based formula and should NOT be diluted before application. Thanks for watching and appreciate the questions!
And is no one going to mention that 3 minutes into the clip, Kalip just drew a penis, or am I the only child here.
I learned something new and very useful today: phi angle/angle of repose. Thank you!
We are happy you learned something, thanks for watching!
We saw the sky and the flag but not the finished patio
👌
Thanks for watching!
I have an deteriorating exterior cement block wall. I was thinking of fastening some plywood ( perhaps treated) to the cement block with fastners and Stickystone and then using more Stickystone to install some fake stone panels or pieces. Do you think using plywood for an exterior job would work? I can cover the top edge of the plywood to protect it from rain and snow. My thought process is that using plywood would be quicker than repairing the smoothing out the block repairing work. Thank you for your videos.
That is essentially a proteam super coach backpack vac. I use them at my job.
I just use Crazy Glue
Fantastic explanation of Phi angle and how Geogrid helps. Best video Ive seen on this topic.
Thank you! We sincerely appreciate the feedback.
😂😂😂
It's not about getting the job DONE, it's about getting the job done RIGHT!! 😁
Glad i came across this explanation, in the middle of nowhere and a diy wall of around 5 foot will be made to elevate a property that sits in a 100 year flood plain. Every bit of professional explanation goes a long way...now to watch a few more of your videos 👌🏼
We're so happy you found it useful! Let us know if you have any questions. Happy Good Friday!
What about painted block or painted concrete
What about painted block or painted concrete
Do you need both or is smart level sufficient
In the video we conclude that both are very useful to have because they are both very useful in different situations! That is our opinion.
Is there a full video podcast available?
Yes it is called the Outerspaces podcast and you can find it on Spotify and Apple Music or check it out on outerspacespodcast.com
Why don’t you make circles instead of lines
The lines are so water/moisture can flow behind the stone. Circles would trap moisture/water.
I’m so glad I came across your video. We’re developing a lakefront property with a very steep bank. Watching this will give me a good idea what the contractor should be doing.
We are so happy that you enjoyed and found the information useful. Goodluck with the property and the retaining wall on that steep bank! Make sure it's done right and reviewed by an engineer!
@@PaverToolInnovators we sure will and thanks for the reply.
screed rail not screet
This man doesnt know how to use a zip level and he will end up breaking it the way he drags it around. The can get out of calibration and be a real pain to get right again.
J.P. with a banger!! Love the video!
Thank you for the support!
do you need Geogrid for a 40-inch retaining wall? (height) or at what height do you need one?
Honestly, you should check with an engineer on your specific project specifications due to soil stability, weight bearing factors, and a whole lot more. Thanks for watching and goodluck!
Great idea that’s really neat having a divider in the dump bed
Thanks!
Very educational. Thank you.
We appreciate the feedback, thank you for watching and we're happy you enjoyed!
